Do I need to do anything in-app if I have been issued a new card or lose my current debit card?

You don’t need to do anything! The app is linked to the routing and account number associated with your checking account, not the number listed on your debit card. If you get a new card, the connection to Grain is unaffected.

If you happen to change checking accounts with the same bank or change to a different bank, then you would need to take action by asking us to reset your account so you can link to another checking account.
