What can I do if I am not getting a verification code from by bank when linking my account?

There is a known issue with T-mobile that prevents you from being able to receive a verification code from your bank. If you are experiencing this issue and do not have T-Mobile as your phone carrier, then you may be experiencing a bank connectivity issue.
