How can I make my Minimum payment?

If you have Auto-Pay enabled, and your linked bank account has sufficient funds, your Minimum Payment will be drafted at the best time for you, any time during your billing cycle, before your due date. 

If you do not have Auto-Pay enabled, you can pay your monthly Minimum Payment by going to the Credit Tab of the app.

If you are experiencing a bank connection issue, you can make a payment by personal check or money order payable to: Grain Technology, Inc.

Due to ACH Processing, it takes up to 4 business days for the payment to be credited to your balance; please make sure you initiate your payment with enough time to clear before your payment due date. Please make sure you have enough funds in your linked account to cover the Minimum Payment until the Auto-Payment is credited to your Grain balance.

Here’s what we mean about sufficient funds: Auto-Pay will draft if the remaining available balance in your linked account remains more than $10 after drafting the payment. It was designed this way to help prevent overdraft in your linked account.
