Why was my payment returned?

Returned payments typically occur because your linked account had sufficient funds at the time the payment was drafted but had insufficient funds to cover the amount during ACH processing. Due to the nature of the ACH network, banks have up to 4 business days to recall a payment for insufficient funds even after initially drafting the payment.

If you are experiencing a bank connection issue, you can make a payment by personal check or money order payable to Grain Technology, Inc.

Here’s what we mean about insufficient funds: Auto-Pay won’t draft if the remaining available balance in your linked account becomes less than $10 after drafting the payment. It was designed this way to help prevent overdraft in your linked account.
