Can I make a payment with a credit card?

You cannot make payments with a credit card, and we don’t currently support making payments via credit cards on the app. Payments must be made using your linked checking account in-app. Payments are processed through the ACH network and take up to 4 business days to be credited to your balance. Please see your Credit Agreement for more details. 

If you are experiencing a bank connection issue, payments can be mailed by check per the instructions on your monthly statement (though payments may not be credited to your balance for up to 14 business days). Statements are sent to the primary email address on your accoun
